What is the treatment for swollen lymph nodes behind the ear?

I am 58 year old healthy male. I have noticed a firm lump behind right ear (posterior auricular lymph node) four weeks back of a size nearly one centimeter. I have consulted and ENT who said it was a swollen lymph node and was thoroughly examined for other enlarged nodes, infection, lesions or tumours, and found nothing. I have no other symptoms and the ENT specialist asked me to wait for three weeks, and was told in case it does not subside, a biopsy can be needed. After three weeks, the lump was still there, but in reduced size. The ENT doctor then confirmed, that it is significantly smaller and decided not to proceed with biopsy and advised to wait for two months and check it again. It has been four weeks and I am still worried about the lump. I have also developed jock itch, a fungal infection and concerned if it is related. Kindly help.

What is the treatment for ringing in left ear?
Hi doctor,
I have ringing in my left ear. It is louder when I move my jaw in the opposite direction to the ear or open it wide, like yawning. It also gets louder when I tilt my head opposite to the ear. Massaging the muscle on my left neck makes it ring louder. It is also harder to pop that ear. It clicks more rather than pops satisfyingly. This has been going on for about half a year now, I have tried nasal sprays to help clear it and the Valsalva maneuver, but they have not worked. I have bought a camera tool to look inside my ear, too. The pars flaccida is red with veins going from it to the malleus. Please help. Thanks.

My right eye is bruised and the region between my eyebrows is swollen. Please help.
Hi doctor,
I was in a fight last night and was hit on my nose and right eye. My nose is swollen and gets clogged when I lie down. My right eye is bruised. And the region between my eyebrows is swollen. Should I go to urgent care, or will icing be enough? Just been taking Tylenol 500 mg extra strength since 2 AM last night.
