Ectopic pregnancy after sterilization

Medical Case Details:

Pt presented with low vitals and semiconsious stage
...missed cycle 45 days
...trying for pregnancy
was taken as emergency and immediately attended by laparoscopy
found 7cms size pregnancy in left tube bleeding
left salphingoopherectomy done
