I have occasional pimples on my skin. I do not know the reason for the same. Mine is oily skin. I also drink plenty of water. I am currently using Avene clearance gel. Please guide me on how to cure the same.
1. Acne Vulgaris is a common skin problem in adolescents and adults. It involves pilosebaceous follicles or oil glands, and areas where oil glands are dense, like the face, chest, back, and upper arms, are common sites of involvement.
2. In your case, with your descriptions, you have grade 1 to grade 2 acne; please review with a picture for accurate grading of your acne.
3. You can start using Faceclin gel (Clindamycin Topical 1 % w/w), Nicotinamide 4% w/w) during day time over pimples, and Microbenz 3.5 % Gel at night hour over the whole face for around two to three months.
4. To clean your face, use face care face wash twice daily.
5. You must do certain dietary restrictions like not taking oily spicy food, junk food, milk products, and nonvegetarian foods using lots of water that hydrates your skin.
Thank you.
