Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned are of a viral respiratory tract infection. Treatment is symptomatic, and resolution is often complete within 7 to 10 days. I would suggest you take the tablet Paracetamol 650mg three times daily to address the pain and fever. Additionally, betadine gargle and saltwater gargle will be helpful for sore throat. Otherwise, there is no need for further specific management. To be very clear, no antibiotics are needed for this. If throat pain persists then the course of antibiotics can be started.
