I understand your concern. If your nose is getting clogged, you should visit a hospital to get your nose examined. We need to rule out septal hematoma, which is a collection of blood between the cartilage and perichondrium (covering) of the nasal septum. If it is present, it needs to be urgently drained to prevent septal abscess formation, which can lead to the collapse of the nasal septum and the dropping of the nose.

Trauma.

1) X-ray of nasal bone.

2) Non-contrast CT scan of nose and PNS (paranasal sinus).

Deviated nasal septum.

Septal hematoma.

Incision and drainage.
