Acne vulgaris is a common skin condition in teenagers and adults. Because it affects pilosebaceous follicles or oil glands, it frequently affects areas with a high density of oil glands, such as the face, chest, back, and upper arms. It appears that you have grade 1 to grade 2 acne. You can begin using Faceclin gel (Clindamycin topical (1 % w/w), Nicotinamide (4 % w/w)) during the day on pimples, and Microbenz 3.5 % gel (Benzoyl peroxide) during the evening on the entire face for about two to three months. You must adhere to specific dietary limitations, such as avoiding greasy, spicy, junk food, milk products, and non-vegetarian meals, to properly care for your face twice a day. Make use of a lot of water to moisturize your skin.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
