Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 25-year-old female, and last two days before, I vomited approximately seven times. I had chills, fever, and stomach pain. The following day I had diarrhea. I noticed the stool smelled like sulfur and was yellow and primarily liquid. I have had diarrhea for a few days. One day I had gas, and diarrhea continued once the gas was passed. I began taking Pepto-Bismol since I spent most of the day on the toilet, which firmed the stool and made it a blackish green. This morning I woke up with liquid diarrhea again and have been going to the bathroom every 20 minutes. My stomach continuously rumbles, and I am uncomfortable. Should I see a doctor or let it run its course? In total, diarrhea has gone on for four to five days now. Not sure if this information will be helpful, but it is possibly the stomach flu I got from work. My dog was sick recently, and I also traveled to Iceland about a week ago, where I ate a lot of fish and possibly swallowed water from a lake I swam in. Please help.

Thanks.
