I reviewed the computed tomography (CT) scan you attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). I found that the lungs and airways are clear, which means there might be an infection in the upper airways. I believe that the chest pain could be due to coughing or other causes. Do not worry, as the chest pain is not due to a heart block. You do not have any serious disease, so medical treatment will be beneficial.
